  A subscription is a different way to have a car. With a single monthly fee, you can enjoy the car you want from the catalog we offer. No complications, no down payments, and no worries about maintenance or mandatory inspections.

• What types of subscriptions are available?

  You can tailor the subscription to your needs. Choose the option that suits you best: 1, 3, 6, 9, 12 or
  24 month subscription. Oh! We also offer an exclusive ad-hoc request service in case you want to subscribe to a car different from those listed on our website.

• How do I subscribe to a car in Cality?

  Subscribing to a car is very simple! Here are the steps:

  1. Choose your ideal car on our website.
  2. Fill out our online form with your personalized subscription. Our team will contact you to confirm your details and validate your subscription.
  3. Once your subscription is validated, you can pick up your vehicle at our facilities at the agreed-upon time.
  4. Enjoy your car and the islands.
• What requirements do I need to meet to subscribe to Cality?

  You can subscribe to Cality as long as you are 21 years old, have a minimum of 2 years of driving experience, and have a valid credit card in your name.

• Do I have to pay a deposit to subscribe?

  Yes, it will be equivalent to one month's subscription, and we will refund it to you when you return the car if everything is correct.

• How and where do I pick up the car I have subscribed to?

  Our pick up points are our offices in Palma de Mallorca (Avenida 16 de julio, 56, 07009) and Menorca (C/ d'Artrutx, 6, Poima, 07714, Mahón). On the day stipulated in your reservation, our team will have everything prepared for you to start enjoying the Cality experience.

• What does the monthly fee of my subscription include?

  In your subscription service, you will have comprehensive insurance with a €500 deductible per part, 1,500 kilometers so you don't miss anything, roadside assistance, regular maintenance, inspections, tire changes (except for misuse), ITV (MOT), taxes, and customer service.

• Can I add another driver to the subscription?

  Yes, they must meet the same requirements as the main driver and come with you on the day of car pickup to sign the contract. The fee for an additional driver will be agreed upon in the contract.

• Can I change the car?

  Absolutely. If your needs change, you can change the vehicle as long as you have completed a minimum of 3 months of subscription. To manage the vehicle change, you must contact us at +34 971 085 142 at least 15 days before your billing period.

• Can I cancel my subscription?

  Of course! Although it will be sad for us... Flexibility is one of our characteristics. In case you want to cancel early, we will simply adjust your fee to the months enjoyed up to the cancellation date.
