Subscribing to a car is very simple! Here are the steps:

1. Choose your ideal car on our website.
2. Fill out our online form with your personalized subscription. Our team will contact you to confirm your details and validate your subscription.
3. Once your subscription is validated, you can pick up your vehicle at our facilities at the agreed-upon time.
4. Enjoy your car and the islands.

You can subscribe to Cality as long as you are 21 years old, have a minimum of 2 years of driving experience, and have a valid card in your name.

Our pick up points are our offices in Palma de Mallorca (Avenida 16 de julio, 56, 07009) and Menorca (C/ d'Artrutx, 6, Poima, 07714, Mahón).
On the day stipulated in your reservation, our team will have everything prepared for you to start enjoying the Cality experience.

Yes, it will be equivalent to one month's subscription, and we will refund it to you when you return the car if everything is ok.

You don't have to worry about anything. The first monthly payment will be automatically charged to the card you provide the night before the car pickup day. Subsequent monthly payments will be debited one day before the start of the new cycle from the same account.

In your subscription service, you will have comprehensive insurance with a €500 deductible per part, 1,500 kilometers so you don't miss anything, roadside assistance, regular maintenance, inspections, tire changes (except for misuse), ITV (MOT), taxes, and customer service.

Yes, they must meet the same requirements as the main driver and come with you on the day of car pickup to sign the contract. The fee for an additional driver will be agreed upon in the contract.

Yesss. When your subscription ends, you'll need to request a renewal at least 15 days before it expires to keep using your car. If you don't notify us within that time frame, you'll have to return the car to the agreed-upon location in your subscription contract.

Absolutely. If your needs change, you can change the vehicle as long as you have completed a minimum of 3 months of subscription. To manage the vehicle change, you must contact us at +34 971 085 142 at least 15 days before your billing period.

Of course! Although it will be sad for us... Flexibility is one of our characteristics. In case you want to cancel early, we will simply adjust your fee to the months enjoyed up to the cancellation date. All information regarding fee adjustments in case of early cancellation is available in our Terms and Conditions.

Your Cality subscription includes comprehensive insurance with a €500 deductible per claim. On the day you pick up your car, our team will provide you with all the necessary information so you can call the insurance in case of an accident or breakdown.

If we receive any fines or violations corresponding to the period and vehicle of your subscription, we will notify the driver to take care of payment without surcharges.
